Our facilities are suited to you; the customer. The Gym Dock is kept neat, clean and tidy, ensuring that machines are maintained to the highest standard all year round. If a machine needs repair, we ensure the downtime is as short as possible. Within 1-2 days we can have a machine up and running again.
We have a varied selection of gym equipment. You will find plate loaded Life Fitness, Cybex, Hammer Strength, Precor and Watson Gym. We also have selectorised machines from the same companies. We don't believe in cheap, off the shelf equipment that you will find in most gyms. We believe in the best equipment. Equipment that is long lasting and durable.
We have Treadmills, Rowers, Bikes, and Cross trainers again all maintained and serviced regularly. As well as that, we have a huge selection of free weights and weight benches. Male and female changing facilities, showers, and toilets are also on site.
At reception we can serve freshly prepped protein shakes, pre & post workout shakes, tea and coffee. We also sell protein bars and snacks. Our fridge is always full of ice cold water, energy drinks and isotonic drinks to help refuel and replenish.
